v0.18: Custom prompts & agent directory

Your own prompt library is now one keystroke away from any agent chat.

Highlights

• Custom prompts — build your own and insert them into any agent chat on web with Alt+Shift+P. Prompts are now split into system and custom types, and your custom ones travel with project template export and import.
• DevChain MCP — extended agent info: provider config, team memberships, live online/busy presence, and open assigned epics, so agents can see who's on the team and what they're working on.
• Providers — supply your own Claude settings JSON, with one-click restore to the DevChain default.
• Chat — busy agents get an animated halo and clearer status dots in the sidebar.
• Mobile — signing in recovers on its own after a server certificate rotation instead of staying stuck.
• Worktrees — the worktrees section is temporarily hidden while the feature is reworked.
